Tours:

1. Is it possible to visit Phi Phi islands and Phang Nga bay the same day?

Ans: Yes, it's possible BUT NOT recommend due to the distance between 2 places. You will spend so much time on a boat than enjoy sightseeing and activities for each places, at the of the day will more exhausted than memorable a good relaxing time there. However clients from a cruise ship with limit time we understand that you want to see as much things as possible in short time and if your request we can make it happen.

2. Can I select places and/or destinations we want to experience that different from your offer?

Ans: Yes, we offer customize tour which you can design your own experience because we believe everyone has their own travel styles and we support any requests.

3. Do tours provide necessary equipments? 

Ans: Yes, equipments that necessary for those tours are provided and included in the price already i.e. snorkeling gear and life-jacket for Phi Phi islands tour. 

​

4. Can we request another language tour guide?

Ans: We can arrange a tour guide who speak other than English, please request from the beginning because not many available during high season also price might be higher from the language that not popular. 

​

5. Are join tours belong to your company?

Ans: No, join tours are from different companies. We provide them because they're saver than private tours, there are many different prices and service qualities to choose. We offer by categorize prices and qualities to be able to compare and make the decision quicker.

6. Can you pick up one place and drop me another place?

Ans: Yes, for private tours. If the drop off's location is different province it's subject to charged and please inform us when you make a reservation.  

Reservations:

1. When do I know the reservation is confirmed?

Ans: After we received the payment for deposit we will send a confirmation in PDF file to you within 24 hours and the reservation is confirmed.

2. Is it necessary to print the confirmations and/or vouchers?

Ans: No, it's not necessary as we also hold the confirmations on our side too. Regarding to vouchers, we sent all vouchers to every tour operators however when a driver pick up at the hotel he/she may requires the voucher to avoid any mistakes so we would recommend you take screenshot or show that voucher from your phone. We are paperless company that aim to use 0 papers (right now only welcome signboard that we use papers). 

 

3. Can I change or adjust itinerary after the reservation has been confirmed?

Ans:  Yes, you can change, adjust and/or update anything from your booking as private tours but please advise us minimum 3 days in advance to our team rearrange itinerary. You can change less than 3 days too but we will do our best possibility. 

Payments & Cancellations:

1. I don't want to put the payment in advance, can I pay full amount on tour date? 

Ans: This's your choice but we can't confirm the tour and the date to you without the deposit. We can meet you at the hotel's lobby to discuss itinerary and receive the deposit prior the tour date.

2. Can I pay the balance with credit card?

Ans: Yes, you can but only Visa or MasterCard. 

​

3. Can I pay with other currency?

Ans: Yes, in currencies such as USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, SGD, MYR, CNY and etc. however some currencies we must low a bit of price due to a cost of exchange. 

​

4. How can we get back our money if we cancel the tour?

Ans: If it's done by PayPal, we will return in the same channel. If it's done by cash, we will refund cash at your location.
